RRIOTT Polocrosse

Premium Polocrosse Racquets Made By Polocrosse Players For Polocrosse Players

In the world of polocrosse, few racquets have become as distinctive and recognised amongst the worlds top players as ours. Handcrafted in a purpose built facility on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, every RRIOTT Polocrosse Racquet is the collaborative result of a highly skilled group of dedicated craftsman that, like you, love to play polocrosse.
At RRIOTT Polocrosse, we are committed to building racquets of exacting and unparalleled performance because as polocrosse players that's what we want to play with. We play polocrosse (and tinker with) our racquets as much as you do. The only difference is that when we want to change a product, we come to work. We are proud of our workmanship and build every racquet as though it were going to be our own. So whether you play with a plastic or graphite racquet or prefer conventional cane, you can be assured that you are investing in a racquet of unequalled quality, performance and workmanship.

Being born into polocrosse Jeremy Marriott has had a lifelong commitment to the game, a third generation player he has watched the game grow not only throughout Australia but the world. Having played almost all his life throughout the world Jeremy has learnt much about the game and is passionate about giving back to the sport that has given him so much.

Being an A grade playing member  in Victoria Jeremy has represented both Victoria and Western Australia at the Australian National Titles and other interstate events in either a playing or coaching capacity and has played in test sides against Zimbabwe. Being actively involved in the promotion of polocrosse Jeremy is an Accredited level 1 polocrosse coach and State level umpire, his expertise is often called upon to talk on the sport of polocrosse. Such is his experience that the Polocrosse Association of Australia invited him to present and coach at the Australian Institute of Sport on the topics of Polocrosse racquet skills, technique and mechanics.

Having a life long commitment to polocrosse both Peta and Jeremy have travelled extensively throughout Australia and the world visiting and coaching polocrosse clubs and players and are available to provide coaching services to individuals, polocrosse and pony clubs.

Understanding that the polocrosse world offers many coaches who can provide comprehensive assistance in horsemanship and horse training Jeremy has focused on providing coaching in the areas often neglected by the general coaching community.

Typically Jeremy offers individual, and group clinics in the following areas of polocrosse development.

  • Introduction to Polocrosse
  • Children’s Polocrosse
  • Racquet Skills
  • Racquet Mechanics & Dynamics
  • Adjusting Polocrosse Racquets
  • Individual Player Tactics
  • Team Tactics
  • Team cohesiveness
  • Umpiring
  • Video Analysis
  • Club Development & Training Programs
  • Positional Play

Whilst the above is a small sample of the polocrosse coaching Jeremy & Peta can provide, they are always open to working with you to establish a tailored program designed to cater for you specific needs.

Both Peta and Jeremy are in considerable demand for their coaching services and whilst they are keen to support polocrosse wherever possible significant advance notice is required to secure coaching services.
